I loved seeing the pictures of all the cans of oysters. My memories are vivid of sacks of oysters being delivered to the oysters bars in the little town in Southeastern Alabama that was home to my grandparents with whom I spent a lot of time. Unfortunately, I have an allergy to oysters and can’t eat them. That doesn’t stop me from enjoying all the excitement regarding oyster season!
